- Developed and coordinated a 90-day diversionary program for adolescent first time offenders.
- Recruited and trained volunteer mentors to work with juveniles during the course of the 90-day program.
- Worked directly with the Sedgwick County District Attorney and her staff to monitor offenders.

- Applied for and received grant funding through United Way.
